This game still owns my soul.

After playing the hell out of NBA2k9, another awesome game, I jumped back into my Auburn Career legacy and had a whale of a game against Georgia.

I have a stacked squad (it's 2011 now) that is an 88 overall and I came into the game 19-0. It was in Athens and they were 8-9 on the year.

I quickly fell behind by about 20 and UGA held a 10-12 point lead throughout most of the game.

I cut the lead to 7 with 4 minutes to go, cut it to 3 with 2 minutes to go, and took my first lead of the game on a putback by DeMarcus Cisse, my stud Small Forward with 1:23 to go in the game.

I ended up winning 71-70 after blocking UGA's final shot with 0.8 seconds left. I immediately jumped up and ran across my living room in jubilant, victorious, glory.

I love this friggin' game.

I wholeheartedly agree. I played NCAA Basketball for about a month and played through a season and I was like, ok maybe Ive finally gotten over CH 2K8. Then one day I get on CH just cause NCAA pissed me of with its stupid post play. WOW I had forgotten how amazingly godly this game was. NCAA has no officialy been thrown to the wayside. CH for life!

I'm playing on my career from last year. I'm in year 2011 so rosters are meaningless to me now.


But...I did check out the latest OS 2009 rosters and they are pretty damn good.

You know what, after trying EA's game, I can't play either of 'em. Every time I play both college games, I feel like there is something missing. This is because both games have different strengths and weaknesses.

But... I think Choops is still the king by FAR.

This game rocks! I've been hooked on it the past 2 weeks. Playing a closed dynasty at Northern Colorado (a little annoying the announcers don't say the school name) and an open dynasty at Syracuse.

Gonzaga just pasted my NC squad by 22 and I'm 3-5 overall. I'm hoping to make a run in the Big Sky. Haven't played a game in my SU season yet but the Midnight Madness scrimmage was fun at the Dome.

AA, I'm using your sliders, too, and getting great results. The gameplay in this game is really top-notch.

Does EA have exclusive rights for hoops or did 2k just decide to shelf this title?

I've been really into my Wright State recently, been playing it almost daily. It's a very addicting game.

EA does have exclusive right now, but only because 2k decided not to pay the money the NCAA was asking to renew the liscence.

I re-bought the game last week, and I haven't looked back since. Started a closed dynasty with Eastern Illinois, stayed there for 5 years, then went to Gongaza, stayed there for 4 or 5 years, then went to North Carolina who was in a rough patch, and turned them around before leaving for Texas, where I had some success but not enough, and then went to Michigan St., where I am at now. This is where I was looking to go to, and I wont be leaving unless they fire me. Just got 500 wins, but I am still looking for that first Final Four bid, let alone a NC.

Wow that is a busy week man.
I have come back to playing with March Madness hitting me. I am looking to win my 2nd strait MAC title w/ Toledo and have created my Southeastern Michigan GreenDevils who have lost their 1st two games by 29 points each game and have a team shooting % of 34.4 boy it's going to be a long season.

I started a St. John's dynasty about a month ago and I am hooked once again. This game is great, the recruiting is a blast for me, and now that I'm telling the story of my dynasty here at OS, it adds that much more depth.

i can say this is my favorite sports game of all time. 15 years deep into my legacy and i'm not bored. i probably wont buy another b-ball game this year, maybe ever.
