    People like you are the reason why I keep coming back to this site. I'm an avid sports fan, and realism is key. The fact that you are undertaking this tremendous challenge means a lot to those of us who are salivating for a solid college bball title. 2k8 is a great game and people like you who continue to do this are greatly appreciated by the community. I did not buy EAs garbage the last two years, due to people like OP, we put EA out of the college basketball buisness. So thanks OP, I , as many others will be eagerly awaiting these rosters.

      I think this asked earlier...but I didn't see an answer. Any chance a version will be done for the PS3? I love the fact that you are changing these tendancies for for "gunners" but I only own the PS3. If you are not creating one for the PS3 would you be willing to share the spreadsheet you created and also share with me what I would have to modify myself to make one player shoot over the other. Like you said the SG and SF's seem to take most of the shots when there are teams that feed their Centers more...

      I would love to see the research you did and just a quick explanation on we could modify the players tendacies themselves...what categories do we have to modify? Thanks so much!

              Yes, the rosters are for 360 (if you check the forum it looks like there are PS3 rosters in the works).

              He plans on releasing the rosters by next Friday.

                  I'm trying to answer every11's stuuf at once. Thanks for all the love.[1] AS far as PS3? I'm not sure if some1 does those rosters[2] I plan on copying my excel page that list the gunners, that way you can do with them what you'd like. There are 3 pages: Power , MID and small conf. If that doesn't work i can e-mail the spreadhseet to you so you can see them.[3] How are gunners done:EASY SF and SG gunners, all you have to do is turn uip their tendecies, there are 4 of them. "close" midrange" 3point" and "drive"What you are gonna see a lot when u download mine is more people driving to the hoop. Most standard game engines play Boston Celtic basketball from the 60's or UCONN women basketball now a days. They pass the ball until some1 is open or use some backscreen play.With these rosters, once the gunner has the ball in his hands, you better play helP Defense. bc/ he might pull up or he might drive by you. He could even dribbnle in place for 3 seconds, then go by you. I've witnessed all this.Then you turn up the stamina for all 5 starters to ensure the 5 players you set play long minutes else you'll have to adjust many of the bench player tendecies.If you want some1 gunning of the bench then you must turn all the starters tendencies down. Turn the player that the bench player is coming in for stamina down, so he can enter the game.HARD The most work is PG, PF and C gunners, you must turn down all SG and SF tendecies real low. The CPU AI is skewed towards the SG andn SF scoring.When i send the sheet you'll see B4, that means a PF off the bench will be gunning. If you see 15, that means the PGa nd C will be f-in you up and you may not be able to stop both. Otherwise you'll see a plain SF or PG.UPDATEI got 1 team left (CINN) that will be done today, then I need 1 week to test and fine tune the POWER conf. So as long as I get no error, they will be released next FRI (10/29). If I get an error, I'll release it next MON. I will defeinity notify ahead of time which one.The Legacy teams have already been established. I have approx 3 teams per division and I'll also tell you what teams are next in line. (there are only 40 Legacy teams you can select) i'll send that this weekedn also.                           Sorry Deepball...just a couple of quick clarifications...

                          1) In your spreadsheet will you have the actual numbers we would put in for each category for each player or will you just have who the gunner is? Or both?

                          2) How do you attribute each player to the numbers...guys in the 90's, guys in the 80's, and so on for each team? Do you have a scale you use?

                          3) Do you put the numbers in the categories in order from the highest scorer to the lowest on each team? For example, do you put the gunner in the 90's in all categories and then next high scorer in the 80's?

                            No player will be in the 90's if that's even possible. For rookies. 5* players go in between 79 and 75 just like the game really does. 4* players from 75-70. These ratings come from "scout.com". I'll check out the preseason all americans and rate the players accordingly. Otherwise there's no difference between a player rated 76 and 80. It all about the tendecies. I can set the tendecy so that a player rated 72 will average 23pts and 12 reb a game and his teamate with a rating of 79 averaging 7pts a game. All about the tendecies baby.
                            3) Do you put the numbers in the categories in order from the highest scorer to the lowest on each team? For example, do you put the gunner in the 90's in all categories and then next high scorer in the 80's?
                            No order, but the gunner (if he's a starter) will be the highest rated of his positon on the team. The reason for that is while you're playing your legacy, the CPU simulates injuries and they reset the roster according to the highest overall rating at each position. So it is important that the starters are the top 5 rated for each of the 5 positions to protect against that.

                                Is there a roster editor you can use on a pc (Flying Finn made one for NFL 2k% and is looking at the possibilty for NBA 2k11 atm), or are you doing all the naming etc in game?
