These rosters did take a long time to redo but I fixed Mich St. and now they aren't bad but after simulating a season why is my SG Durrell Summers leading in REB and why is Kalin Lucas PPG in the 20's. How can i fix these?

Answering previous questions:
Lucas gunner? Why not Summers? Michigan st.
It's purely statistics. Last year Lucas was the leading scorer at 15ppg. Summers was the 3rd leading scorer avg 11ppg. So even with Lucas hurt Summers never steped it up. So Summers can't be a gunner.

Michigan st. is so good that you'll likely see Summers take more shots anyway b/c they will be fast breaking on you all the time. Every turnover/block, etc will lead to a 2-1 with Lucas and Summers, so if you want Summers to be the leading scorer, then stop ball on Lucas.

Not trying to come off as a dick, but McDonald's All American ray mccallum should be higher than a 59? You may want to take a look at his dunk rating too because he was in the dunk contest and can get up!

guys, if you have issues with the rosters then just fix them yourself. deepball put alot of effort in these and to have them out before the season even starts is a huge bonus. there are gonna be mistakes in these rosters but all in all, i'm happy he kept this game alive. just appreciate the time and effort and keep it movin'.

guys, if you have issues with the rosters then just fix them yourself. deepball put alot of effort in these and to have them out before the season even starts is a huge bonus. there are gonna be mistakes in these rosters but all in all, i'm happy he kept this game alive. just appreciate the time and effort and keep it movin'.

there's nothing wrong with offering helpful suggestions. i think we need to show an appreciative tone to our ideas.

if deepball referred to this as "version 1" then it leaves open the idea that more versions are forthcoming. anytime i've done a roster, i always leave open the idea that it's a template that i want feedback on. i don't take offense to that.

this is a solid base...but i think that a lot of eyes could help make it even better.

I have to agree about the tone because there's a fine line between offering suggestions and griping about something that was done for love of the game and took alot of work.

exactly what i was meaning. giving helpful suggestions or seaming to be furious because you don't like something about the rosters are 2 totally different things.

First, the only problem I have is with this Michigan st. person (SPARTYON6686), who doesn't know who he's taking to. [ avoid that gamertag people]
He's either [a] Durell Summers himself and he's mad he's not a gunner or
[b] a special ed kid, who's stars above must represent the grades he's passed thus far.

For every1 else no problem and thanks for the suggestions. I admit I missed Mccallum. He was on my top 100 from scouts.com 2 months ago and i missed it. And he's a 5* which means he'll be rated as 75 minimum. I will be watching footage.

And yes many Jersey numbers are going to be off b/c these players are gonna change jersey numbers right before the season starts. I noticed that when i went back over the POWER.

Like some1 said before, that's the disadvantage of releasing them before they start the season, which I didn't do the last 2 years. I released the rosters the last 2 years after each team played 2 games.

Played as Michigan against Michigan State and downloaded your sliders DeepBall with a couple changes: 1) Longer half length because of my low halftime scores but good FG%, and 2) Lowered the speed to around 42 and 50 I think?. Yours were a little fast for me to grasp and like so many others I haven't hit the sticks with this game in a year plus.

Lucas was a monster and they ran a lot of up tempo stuff which makes sense. Summers actually led them in scoring because of the Lucas drive and kick and fast break points so it all worked out great. Wish I would've took down stats but it was late. Awesome job on these!!!

Not to beat a dead horse, but maybe look into McCallums appearance too, I think you still have him as a white dude in that game. Here's a link if you need it...thanks again!!!

Thanks J-Bird. Some team sites didn't have pictures so i had to guess. I just finished editing him. #3 light skined, left sleeve, blue eyes. I got it. He'll be gunning on version 2. I'm about to test that out now.



And yeah the fast break, that's what I told the special ed period dude. You'd have to not go for any offensive rebounds and play a half court game to stop Summers. Did they do any ally's on you?
