I believe Josh Gasser and Ben Brust were the two players my friend was talking about needing a little upgrade. Also, some jersey number corrections for the Tar Heels. Desmond Hubert will wear 14, you had him wearing 50...hansbrough's old number. PJ Hairston will wear 15. Stilman White will wear 11. Jackson Simmons will wear 21. I think that's all. I haven't been on my xbox in a few days so I can't quite recall all the changes I made.

I hadn't got around to Jersey numbers in the first release. most all will be set for version 2.0. Ill take a look at Wisconsin

If you want this roster to be the best I suggest you double check every single player's class, because I see some players with the class they had from last season.

Well you are the first to suggest this, but remember the first release was still going to need a lot of corrections. It would help if you could tell me some players you know for sure have the wrong class though, thank you.

I think I remember Olander of UConn being a freshman last season, so he should not be a freshman this season. Plus I told you about the Syracuse players already. Those were the only teams I looked at so I figure there still might be some more players on other teams you missed.

Raiderfan I noticed when I use your rosters players take a lot of 3 point shots compared to the default rosters. How do you come up with shot selection? Also I think CJ Fair wore a headband last season so you might want to add that for the cuse fans. Thanks.

Shot selection is determined by "tendency" rating. The default roster did not do a very good job in my opinion. Some players are going to shoot a lot of threes because thats what they would do in real life, if you notice some scrub coming off the bench hoisting up 5 3's then we have a problem lol, out of curiosity who was gunning against you?

Last seasons roster, I think it was Johnson Odom of Marquette took a bunch of 3's.

Ya Marquette is going to need him to score a lot of points this year. He conceivably could shoot 5 threes a game avg (meaning he will throw up 10 in one game sometimes). Check out DeepBall's thread, he talks a lot about gunners and how they will play against you. Again though if you notice players who have no business scoring 20 light you up I would like to know about it. Especially some incoming freshmen have interesting tendencies sometimes depending on the player used to create them.

Hello, Raiderfan; I was just wondering if your transfer update on 2k share was an official update or just a tool being used for reworking. I have not downloaded it yet, but was wondering if it was an update to the current seasons rosters? (the "Transfers" file is from 8/27/2011 and the official roster 1.0 is from 8/16/2011)

I was using the "transfer" to pass the file along to "pitfighter" so he could do the coaches. Its is slightly updated from the" 2011-12 Official Roster". Either one you download still will not be complete, version 2.0 is looking like an end of September release!

I would love to help out with the Ratings or Tendencies if you need help. I have found when I had a Roster Project on NBA 2k 11, it was easier if you had a Base ratings system to go by, and tweak it a little for each player. Just an idea. Let me know if you interested in any of my help. If you play 2k11, I worked on OS Collab project with Green Magic. I did all the Ratings and Tendencies, he did all of the Re-Editor stuff. If you wanna check out my work 1st.

If you want to make yourselves useful, instead of making suggestions, you should go and find names that cause roster error messages in 2k hoops.

All those people who have all these roster suggestions can take a clean file (non inappropriate language error) and insert names in there of incoming freshman and see if it gives "inappropriate language" message. When words like "Cody" and "Dago" can't be used inside of any1 first or last name, then this error could be anywhere. There was a guy last year on Georgia st. i believe who name was "Jihad" and that triggered an error until i fillanlly found it. You can't even edit Fairley Dickenson (NEC) if you even try to change the school song it will trigger an error.

If you find some name that's a problem, report the names to us.

There are over 4200 players in this game so don't think this is some easy project. That's how you can help. Go on to each team's webpage to get the freshman's name and start putting them in.
