You need to patiently research this. yes, it IS hard when you do this for the first time. but you need to do some research, make sure you have everything you need, and then look for a tutorial to figure it out. there are multiple ways of doing this, but many here have them (myself included). some time back I was in your shoes and had no idea how to do this. but if you want them bad enough you'll do the research to get them.

Re: Raiderfan's 2011-2012 Roster Project
not compatible with a Mac, but I believe there is software (Parallels??) you can purchase to make it run PC programs.
Regarding my prior post - I re-read it and felt I was being kind. The "search" feature here is very helpful, and will provide one with threads and posts here that give some step-by-step helps. Not sure why davidkoala made the comment about me that he did, but such is life and no hard feelings on my end... I meant nothing negative, but feel that his frustration in not being able to figure this out was taken out on me...
Personally, I use Xport and the Microsoft transfer cable. I plug my 360 hard drive directly into my laptop using the cable, and then open my 360 hard drive using Xport - it shows my entire 360 hard drive on my desktop. I open partition 3 ... then open "content" of which I find the proper file (a bunch of letters and numbers) which opens the right side panel and shows me every save I have for that specific title. It's just a matter of dropping-and-dragging the file to the right panel. Quite simple for me, and takes me all of a minute to do so. Raider's file showed up perfectly.
I tried to upload it to 2K Share, but even after the "cody" name filter it still wouldn't let me do it. (So, anyone calling me out as being unhelpful is just foolish because I'm ALWAYS willing to upload files or help out here).STEELERS INDIANS CELTICS

Re: Raiderfan's 2011-2012 Roster Project
This is going to put me in an insane asylum. I am following step by step on how to do this from youtube and other tutorials and no luck. I thought I finally had it when dk posted his step by step instructions. I plugged my hard drive into my IMac via the xbox 360 hard drive transfer cable then I downloaded xport and all was good. Then I realize the port I plugged the hard drive into is not anywhere to be found. I looked up how to find a usb port that automatically does not show up and I followed that step by step and still nothing!!! I have to give up on this so does anyone know what the next best set of rosters are on 2k share? I use UConn and every set I download has Tyler Olander as a SF from Alabama and no Andre Drummond so I know those rosters are not even close seeing as how UConn is in a power conference. I appreciate the help on this!!! DK your slider set for the game is spot on. ThanksComment

Re: Raiderfan's 2011-2012 Roster Project
Hey Raider, Did you do the rotations for every team as well?? Also, did you correct jersey #'s? How are your statistics looking with the roster set. Did you use any sort of formula or spreadsheet to figure out how players should be rated?? If so would you mind sharing?? I started working on a roster set using rsr33 version 4 2k12 and started with Albany and 4 players were not on the team and there best player was rated as a 60. It took me almost an hour to clean up 1 team to do all teams and rotations must have taken you a year. ThanksComment
