Ok, one thing I absolutely love is the players flopping in the paint. I was backing down the defender with the post move and he fell to the ground and I was called for a charge. I was WTF, that wasn't a charge. And then I was like, holy crapola that was awesome!

no college hoops is killin this game, it is playable but the gameplay is VERY stiff and no defense at all you can drive to the rim every time with ease, very unresponsive it takes like 2 secs to turn your player to where you want to go...its a upgrade from last year but it is still garbage, EA needs to take there money and buy the CH2K8 engine, besides the graphics this game has nuthin on 2k8

Why do you guys come in here and always try to turn everything into a 2k vs EA war!

Enough is enough! If you love CH so much play it with updated rosters over and over again until it wears out.

Fact of the matter is, this game plays great, and for people who can respect the difference in gameplay and see that its a solid game. They are here posting constructive criticism without mentioning the other game.

This game is far from garbage, people are just mad because they did a great job! Now you have less to complain about, so you come in here with ignorant comments like what you just posted and want to flame everything especially while trying to throw CH into every damn thing.

#1 this game is not CH.
#2 its not trying to be CH.
#3 CH does not look better than this.
#4 NCAA does not need CH's outdated engine.
#5 The bias 2kfan crap is making me hate 2ksports right now!

I can go on forever, this is why the 2k devs don't go into their threads anymore, because of how childish 2kfans have gotten about everything.

Ok, finished my first game and lost 18-16. I had a chance to cut into the lead, but was called for the above charging foul. I like how I don't have to hold a button to back a defender down, just press the R3 button and I'm good to go.

I do wish there were more variety of makes in the game, especially from jump shots. Every jump shot made was nothin' but the bottom of the net. Something else I don't care for is how I can only use 3 of the four teams. No way in hell I play as the pootytats.

BTW, the practice area is a beautiful setting. And for some reason reminds me of Resistance.

For any of you who watched the gameplay videos that have been posted here and decided against giving this game a try, I strongly suggest that you download the demo. It truly plays great. I've only played the Live 09 demo and not the actual game, but this game is so much better than Live its not even funny. I only got a chance to play 1 game so far, but this game is so much more than I was expecting

This is completely insignificant but I REALLY like the way the when you press start in order to leave the practice court and go to a real game the campus background fades and then the arena fades in and suddenly you're on the arena floor shooting and the crowd is going crazy when you hit shots but you're still in your street clothes.

I guess I'm so excited about it that it makes me write extremely long sentences.

Anyway, cool feature.
