Here is the list of known schools to be missing. There could be more, no one has officially gone through all the teams and figured it out yet. These are a mix of independents and conference affiliated schools. The two conferences hurt the most are the Summit League and Atlantic Sun. Each are missing 4 teams and make their conferences real small.

WOW!! So they basically just told the Summit and Atlantic Sun conferences to go screw themselves. I really don't mind the Independent schools being left off but I think that all conference schools should be included. Why only put half of a conference in?

ARGHH dammit! This is disappointing. I just ran across this thread and noticed this list. No UNF! Thats where I went to school and thats the team I was planning on taking over in Dynasty mode . I had tons of fun running with them in CH 2k8...they even had our arena more than half way decent (almost everything but the seating was correct!) This is very disappointing. I guess I could still run with JU, but it is also disappointing to see 3 other teams! missing from the Atlantic Sun...plus I won't be able to play the "River City Rumble" which would be my rival game against UNF. So JU has no rival in this game.....man this sucks. Why EA?

None that matter, people would just like to throw in that College Hoops had teams in it that nobody gave a damn about. It's to give them reason to hate a game they never planned on getting anyways. And more gas for their fire of hatred towards another EA sports game.

College Hoops is dead because of Take-Two, not because of EA. Get over it people!

The teams that are missing aren't even Division 1 teams, prospect teams of lower schools that don't matter either way in the brackets shouldn't even matter.

All Div 1 teams are in the game, the ones that are suppose to be!

Totally disagree here dude. It may not matter to you, but taking out (or not including) almost half a conference? I am just not understanding this one. I enjoy playing in small conferences like the Atlantic Sun....everyone doesn't like to play with North Carolina, Dook, or Syracuse....everyone doesn't always like to play with a top 25 team.....I am sure there are many people like me who like the smaller conferences. This sucks for me because they did not include 4 schools in my fav conference to play in...

Yup I agree... I have friends who went to FGCU and are disappointed they cant play as their alma mater. Kind of sucks if you ask me. I went to Lafayette College, so I am hoping the Patriot League is fully intact.

yea behindshadows nobody said anything about hatin this game cause they didn't put certain teams in. they just said they were upset that these teams aren't in the game. to me i agree with them . EAS MOTTO IS IF ITS IN THE GAME ITS IN THE GAME. well guess what these teams are in the game but not in the video game. another thing why are u always so quick to defend ea? do they give u a free game for defending them all the time? i never seen anyone defend ea like u do.

why are people tryin to make excuses for EA to leave teams out? this is inexcusable..college hoops 2k4 had more teams than EA does now! come on..stop defending EA. this is sad. theyshould name it NCAA Basketball 09 expect for the 20 teams we left out. not everyone plays in the big conferences. im stunned they left these teams out.

No EA doesn't have all the D1 teams, yes they say on the box that they have all the D1 teams. Yes they lied, cheated us, robbed us blind, kicked our dogs, and spit in the face of our loved ones.

Now that we got that out of the way, can we move on? I understand that it may be a big deal for some, especially those who's favorite school or alma mater is missing, but do we really have to keep harping on it?

i was going to buy this game but now im not im banning ea from my collection..im stickin to 2k8..this is just unheard of to leave so many teams out and lie to us about it..they should be sued.
