Everything was fine until a Laker fan said I was hating just because I thought what Bynum did was immature, then he got his backup in the form of a admin. And everything since then has gone hill. Now you are the third Laker fan to jump on my nerves in the past two days because you cannot stand when someone is not bowing at the feet of your team. Boo hoo.

I did nothing wrong and you tell me to shut up. If you don't like people not agreeing with your views on the Lakers, how about putting all of them on ignore. Because nobody but Laker fans have had a problem with what I said in my first post.

I'm tired of this. Leave me the hell alone.

As for Bynum, it will always be hard to gage what he will be until he gets to play regularly. Until, he will be a true project.

Also, the reason why this got attention wasnt because it wasnt just because it was the Lakers. Its because of the history between Shaq and the Lakers, Bynum and shaq's comments at the beginning of the season and the fact that a fight almost started because of it. If there wasnt a fight it wouldnt have been as big.

Also, I dont think you understand the word "hype". The Bynum dunk was shown in the highlights for one night. One Night! I watched Sportscenter today and didnt see it so I dont see how its overhyped. ESPN and every other network talked about it the next day which is what they were supposed to do.

newspaper articles over it thats the only reason i said hyped cause it got a news article over one basket

No but trolling is frowned upon....and you get really close and so is Kashanova.

And before you use that lame "Your a lakers fan" argument, I would do the same (and have done) when Lakers fans troll in Heat/Shaq threads etc.

I think the play is just hyped up because of the members involved. Someone can bring up Frye and Duncan, but those two do not have the background drama that Bynum and Shaq have. Think of the scenario:

Bynum is looked upon as next in line for being the Great Laker Center, a position that was previously held by Shaquille O'Neal. Now I'm not saying Bynum will definetly replace Shaq or something, but like it or not, that scenario is there. Another thing is that Bynum was joking around about Shaq before the season, and Shaq responded with classic Shaq comments. I can almost guarentee that most rookies coming into the NBA would NOT want to get in a verbal spar with Shaq off the court. Shaq off the court is equal to Gary Payton on the court in terms of trash talking (not a point against Shaq, I actually like his off cout quotes). You would think the rookie would just back down after that, and ESPECIALLY after getting hammered on the way he did during the game. But like someone said (Mofasa?) he came back down the court, DEMANDED the ball, and put a move on Shaq. When's the last time people have taken it to Shaq on the offensive end?

The situation reminds me of Iverson crossing over Jordan in his rookie year. He's got the greatest player of all time looking straight at him, but Iverson had the balls to take it at Jordan.

lol.. last thing i read was kash saying "most overhyped 2 points" and I laughed and agreed. I also knew its trueness would instantly = a lakerfan response. People wouldn't use the "laker fan" stereotype if you guys didnt consistently fulfill it...

As far as AI, that was traveling all of the way. Im not sure why the moves are that big of a deal. It was fun to watch on both sides, but that's all it was.

As for that Bynum deal. that was very corny on his part. His move on Shaq was cool beans, no doubt. But why go and try and start something with him on the way down the court? After Shaq and Kobe finally patched things up, Bynum comes in and acts immature. This ain't high school anymore, lil' boy.

Obviously Bynum shouldn't have come down and given that little shove, that was just adrenaline rushing after that move he pulled, and Shaq reacted appropiately IMO, I don't think Bynum would do the same if he were able to do it over, He doesnt seem like that type of player.

All that being said the fact that hes a very unexperienced rookie pulling off a move like that on Shaq right after Shaq dunked over him was extremely exciting to watch and very promising to anyone who's a fan of the lakers.

Exactlly, why couldnt P2K get that?

Shoot a couple of months ago you said you wouldnt post here anymoe and would just lurk. That lasted a few weeks.

If it was just me coming to defense of another Laker fan then she wouldnt have been warned also.
