Are you okay. First of all, I don't hate Ben Wallace. I was making a point. Shaq does not have really good centers to challenge him like he would have back in the early nineties, and the eighties. Those guys are long gone, and Jordan won those titles with hall of famers playing in their primes. It was more competition then I think. I wasn't implying anything against Wallace, because I love to watch him play, and use him in NBA2k3. The Lakers would have trouble winning against the 90's chamionship teams, or the 80's teams.

Tell me about it, 80's Lakers would get in they ***, 80's Celtics nd Sixers would whip dat ***. 90's Bulls and Rockets also. I even think the Detroit Bad Boys could stop shaq. Billy L would cripple his ***.

The Rockets, Sonics, Suns, and T-Wolves would fbe in the playoffs in the Eastern Conference and at least one of those teams would be a #1 seed.

None of those 4 would be #1 seeds in the East! I agree right now the West is more powerful, but the West isn't that dominating where the Suns and Sonics would be fighting for #1. Right now I think the Hornets are the #6 seed and Magic are about #7 in the East, and both teams could just as easily beat any of those teams you named.

i think that the East teams are taken for granted, they might pull an upset or too come playoff time....

I disagree. I think that the Rockets with Yao Ming and the Suns with Marbury, Stoudamire, Marion, and Hardaway would be strong contenders in the East as would the T'Wolves. The Sonics, I don't know. Houston's 21-3 record vs. East teams last year proved something and Seattle was like 17-7 vs. East teams last year. Both teams are more suited for the East as is Phoenix

So far New Orleans has beaten the Rockets, and both Magic and New Orleans beat the Sonics 2 times. So far NO-Orl are 5-0 vs Hou-Seattle.

The Nets destroyed the Lakers, I only put the Mavericks and Sacarmento in the elite NBA teams right now. But in reality, the Kings have choked in the playoffs as have the Mavs. Both these teams peak during the regular season. What's saying that the Nets or Pacers can't beat one of these teams in the Finals?

Your crazy, if Phoenix was in the east we'd be the number one seed by far and away......we're still hanging in the West though and if the rest of the west plays this way then we might have a shot.

I think the bottom line is the NBA is still popular, look at all the jerseys that people are wearing, so as long as people are happy with the NBA thats all u can ask
