With the Pistons having swept SA you might as well just say they are 2 games back as well. The race is far from over though, Dallas and SA seem to be on a nice roll and I would not be shocked if both of them over take Detroit in the near future.

It is just too bad that the loser of that division gets the 4 seed. The Dallas\SA series is going to make for one hell of a Round 2 though

That really does suck. Now instead of having a potentially great Western Conference Finals, it will have to be a semifinals series.

THANK YOU!! Just what I was thinking. But I think the Pistons purposely loss that game last night. Just doesn't seem logical how they switched their gameplan that was working. If that was Flip Saunders' idea.......

Not purposely but just made their adjustments with no sense in mind. I don't know. I'm trying to figure out what the deal was. They went to man which didn't make sense.

I think they still are one of the greatest starting 5's of all time, even if they don't break 72-10. Great balance, defense and teamwork. Very hard to come by now a days.

Whats more Important going 72-10 and a championship or 65-17 and a championship, only the media worries about this, the pistons just go out and win, you cant win them all especially a superman effort in the 4th by Wade, Hope Miami plays like that in a 7 game series cuz thats what its going to take to win...

Here's the kicker.

People keep talking about Dallas and San Antonio in a 2nd round matchup. But what they are forgetting is that we could also see a Spurs vs Suns 1st round matchup if the Clippers and Mavs win those two divisions. That is not out of the question that both the Spurs and Suns finish 2nd in their respective divisions making the Spurs the 4th seed and the Suns the 5th seed.

Now who would've ever thought that was possible entering the year....
