If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

No love at all for Popovich. To me he is definitely the coach of the year, Duncan has been playing injured all year, Popovich has had to incorporate 3 or 4 new guys into the system, and at the end of it all they are a game up on a Mavs team who are having a great season. If Duncan had been healthy all year we would probably be talking about the Spurs chances of winning 70 games

              Two things here....

Duncan is always "playing injured" so dont give me that.

3 or 4 new guys? God Forbid! Try incorporating 9 new players into a system.

                Is it really that serious?

No, not really, but it's nothing special that a coach has to incorporate 3 or 4 new players when there are teams that have to pretty much introduce a whole new cast besides a couple guys.

Duncan is on cruise control the same way The Admiral was when Duncan came.

Hes letting ginobli and Parker do their thing until playoff time. Howeva I think Duncan is wearing out and the Pistons are stronger than last year.

There is no competition for the Spurs or Detroit in a series.

                        1. Avery Johnson for teaching them to play defense and being better than they have in a LONG TIME!!

                        2. Lawrence Frank for getting them Nets to become a force like I expected them too. What a great run!!

                        3. Byron Scott for working with what he has and doing good stuff.

                        4. Mike Dunleavy cause the Clippers are finally making it once again. He didn't do the transactions but he sure did work with those players to get much accomplished.
