I say good win by LA, and smart not to panic and change their gameplan after losing game 1.

You know what they say, its not a series until someone wins on the road.

This is now a series folks, and im afraid 1 of maybe 2 real series going on in the 1st round.

I dont know about you but the 1st round has been VERY anti climatic

Anyhow, back to Staples where the crowd will be going nuts. Good games by Kobe and Nash.

Kobe this is how you should be playing always. Your guys can make shots for you if you trust them with patience.

Yep.

My guess is that Phil sat down with Kobe and decided to go ahead and let him have the complete green light while the team learned the triangle...Kobe deserved that, as long as they made the post-season. Thats always been Jackson's philosiphy(sp?). Now that the games matter, the real system is being implemented. All speculation, but great planning by PJ if remotely accurate.

Why not let Kobe have a year-long scoring enema to kick off their new era together?...it's what he's always wanted.

Im sure he gave him the green light to shoot to his hearts content, but the problem was he did it alot at the wrong times as well.

I never bought into that they just suck and thats all there is.
Those guys can hit shots when they are given the confidence to do so. Its more about the system than the individual. Let them all get into a rythmn and they can be dangerous.

This is the playoffs though, its a game of matchups and adjustments.

PHX didnt have their rythmn all night. You could tell by watching Nash having to take over early.

I would honestly not double the middle and concentrate on the rest of the team if I were DAntoni, but its his ball club.

I also wish these refs would just be consistent. Im tired of seeing calls go with the wind one game, and with the next one.
