If he ran him over it should have been a charge, but he went over him so I like the call. Yes there was contact, but not enough to warrent the charge. Charging is called too much in today's game. It seemed to get a bit better this year though. Stars get the calls, been that way forever. No matter how many MVP's Nash has, Kobe star is brighter and always will be. To go even further why would one of the worst defensive players in the league get that call over anyone let alone Kobe?

You see that in a slow mo frame, but Nash was outside of the arc when it happened, so to the referee, it was really a charge, but such a good play in the playoffs, they decided to use their own discretion, and im sure it being Kobe helped.

Either way, the play was entertaining.

Did anyone see tonights pregame? The panel said they weren't too impressed because it was Nash. They said had it been someone bigger they would've been much more impressed, otherwise it was a good play but not a "facial" since he's small. Interesting comments, they said they liked Vince over Zo much better.

about the whole charge thing, id probably say it is more of a charge than a block but theres 2 parts to a charge

1st you have to have ur feet set like nash did but 2nd of all you have to be squared up to the guy and you cant lean at all(nash looked a bit like he was leaning back and wasnt fully balanced

i still woulda called a charge though if i was the ref but regardless, that was one of the craziest dunks ive ever seen
