First of all the wheel needs to be eliminated. One thing that might help is allow for props like in the High School and College contests.

Richard Jefferson: Already in.
J. Rich: Defending Champ and quite entertaining.
T-Mac: Obvious choice.
Vince: Prove he still has it.
Amare: Possibly the best in-game dunker around.
Kobe: I hate him, but he is still a top dunker.
Desmond Mason: Former Champ and able to get it done again.
Kedrick Brown: Might be the best athlete in the NBA. Kid has mad hops and amazing hangtime.

I know pretty much for sure T-Mac, VC, or Kobe won't be in it.T-Mac won't do it because of his back and VC can't even play any regular season games so why would he enter a dunk contest.Kobe just won't participate because he doesn't feel like it.

Watch out for the rookie fred jones, hes going to be in it. He'll probably dunk on Jermaine O'neal from the free throw line, or something like that...

big time players suck as kobe, mcgrady, and vince don't usually participate in the dunk contest because, some of the coaches worry that they take their mind off the game and concentrate on dunking contest. and there is always the possibility of getting injured
