What does Ron Artest have to do with this?

Anyway, Tinsely is a certified fool. He won't be in the league for long. As far as Jackson is concerned, I think it's wild someone stuck him like that. He definitely wouldn't be the guy I'm trying to take a swing on out of the group.

          Jackson Charged

Jackson was charged with the felony and two misdemeanor counts by the Marion County prosecutor five days after he and three teammates fought with patrons. Jackson was punched in the mouth and hit by a car, and police say he fired a gun in the air at least five times.

Jackson has changed his story twice, in the latest one he is claiming he was indeed not punched in the facen and eyewitnesses are reporting Jackons threatened the man before the man struck Jackson with his car. Jax is not being helped by the fact the video camera clearly shows Jax going to get his gun, firing a shot in the air, and then getting hit with the car.

Marion County Prosecutor Steve Brizzi is up for re-election in a very tight race next month. There has been so much bad PR in Indy over the last two years about the Prosecutor's office inability to take a firm stand on low-grade felony / high grade misdemeanor cases.

In a word or two....Jackson better not drop the soap.

I agree with everything but the last part.

Jackson is still a pro athlete, even if he does get found guilty I dont see him doing much, if any, jail time

I hope, if he deserves it, that he does time. I have read a few different accounts of the story and am not trying to say I know the truth, but given his history, if he was guilty of a crime in this case, I hope he goes to jail. The sports world needs to stop treating their employees like babies and make them accountable for the behavior.

I think it's interesting that since he had a permit, people seem to be giving him a free ride. HE FIRED A GUN AT LEAST 5 TIMES IN A CROWDED, PUBLIC PLACE. I don't care if you have a permit or not, that's not legal.

Again, I'm not trying to pass judgment because I'm not a judge and I don't know the true details of the case. All I'm saying is, if he did something that was against the law, especially having a prior assault (or whatever it was) charge, he should be punished.
Acts 2:38. Let the truth be told.
John 4:23. He is seeking a seeker.
John 3:20. Say no to normal.
