That's all I'm saying, is that they've been consistent so far. This season hasn't been up and down yet. And I'm not saying they are a lock by any means. I just think that their current level of play will result in at least .500 basketball, because of the inside out game and good rebounding. They can be better than that if they improve their D, or they can be worse if they turn the ball over and play foolishly.

It's not like we have 8 players and thats it, and anybody after that is a huge dropoff. Fred Jones isn't exactly a bad player, and Malik can give us 5-8 minutes a game if needed. You can't overexpose him but he can play for a short time and not kill us. Plus once Jeffries comes back, we can add him to the rotation as well, I think. He can play many different positions and he looked very good in the preseason.

Jeffries abused Ray Allen on the defensive side of the ball.

yes he did. Jeffries is underrated and he has a niche on this team. especially if he can hit any kind of jumper and doesn't dribble off of his foot every time down.. he was good for us in the preseason
