Can you please explain to me what the Rockets are doing? Cause I'm lost.

I have been trying to figure this out too.

I don't know if they have just randomly hit the 'Re-build' button or what.

They just have tons of guys with potential on their squad. Scola, Landry, Brooks, and Green.
Its like they are trying to compete with the Blazers not the Spurs.

Team who really made out like bandits is Sonics as they got rid of Wally's horrible contract

They only got rid of half of Wally's contract, since they took back Marshall who has 2 years left, same as Wally.

Cleveland also picked up another massive trade chip. Wally's $12 million expiring contract is going to be very appealing for a team that wants to pull a Gasol this offseason or next season.

the Cavs took on an additional 15 million in salary and will have to pay luxury tax now, but it doesnt seem that they improved too much imo. We will see though

My Sonics may actually be removed from the game in the next update. I don't think that they can make a teams overall rating low enough.

So as a Sonics fan I'm NOT happy right now. The Sonics have successfully picked up 5 old guys in the last 2 days with expiring contracts. Are you telling me that the Supes are going to be able to take the money they're saving and entice a free agent to play for a team that has one home for another year or so and then go try to play in Oklahoma???? Way to go Sam Presti, you sir are a joke.
