Shaq looks good on this team. Depth is a major issue though. Phoenix looks really, really thin on the backcourt. They have to develop their rooks so that they can contribute at least a little bit. Barbosa is great, but after that, they can't compete off of the bench with positions 1-3, and they have no scorers to put at the 2 if Barbosa is running point. They need an Eddie Jones type player to either emerge from the bench, or get picked up via trade.
