I've been waiting for this awhile. The college game could be so much better, and I think it will now. But you have to wonder, will more players go to college, or just sit aorund and do nothing for a year?
I also noticed, it said starting in 2004. That would have been funny if it started this year, and LeBron had to go to college. -

I would love to see Lebron in the NCAA...I really hope they do this...it would mean college players stay at least 2 years...depending on age....Comment

I would assume they'd be eligible for the NBDL or they could just go play pro in Europe until they're eligible.Comment

Only thing I see now is EVERY (well not EVERY) college player will play for only 2 years.
You know how it goes, when your mom tells you not to do something, you just want to do it even more.
So since college players have to wait til they are 20, it'll be 1 or 2 years, then out...-Jay Illestrate, Emcee/Producer/Graphic Artist

I don't like this idea at all. Not everone is "cut out" for college, playing sports or not. I think it should be a decision made by the athlete.Comment
