I voted yes because i think they have the talent to make a run but i'm not 100% sure that they will make in the ruthless western conference. They are playing a hell of a lot better under coach Hubie (Who should get at least a few votes for coach of the year) and are really comming together nicely. I guess we should have seen it happen because Jerry West is the master and when he's involved good things usually happen. While many people were critical of West over the Miller - Gooden,Giricek trade i feel it was a win-win situation. It's a shame they had to give up Giricek but Gooden was not a SF and would never been happy playing second fiddle to Pau Gasol so Mike Miller is a much better fit.

I seriously doubt they'll make it past the Suns,Jazz,Rockets or even the Warriors, but I can tell you that they will be there in a year or so and Jason Wiliams is playing really good ball right now.Comment

Yeah I doubt they will make it this season, however they are above .500 since the All Star break (8-6) and have scored at least 100 points in 10 of their last 13 games. Another key for the Grizz down the stretch is they have games coming up against teams that they have a 50/50 chance of beating (like Chicago Wednesday night). One thing is for sure they are fun to watch and in a few years from now (especially when they move into their new arena) I can see them being similiar to Sacramento and Dallas since those two teams can really put up points.Comment

Detroit gets their first as part of the 1998 Otis Thorpe trade. The only way Memphis keeps it is if it is the #1 pick.Comment

They are playing really well right now.
Coach Brown's been doing a fine job. J-Will has really stepped up as of late and Gasol has been showing off his fundamentally sound game.Comment
