Re: Did MJ ever shatter a backboard?
Wow...I don't know if it was the power of that dunk (I dunno seems he did that kinda dunk all the time in his prime and never broke any backboards in the NBA) or if it was just a cheaply set up backboard.
Still that was pretty cool. I just loved the way MJ seemed to fly when he was younger.

Non breakaway rims for the win.
Imagine how many backboards LeBron would merk if they still had those?
The artistry of MJ still goes unmatched. Watching him in slow mo is basketball perfection. Those jerseys were crazy too.. just imagining what other dunks he's done that didn't get filmed makes me sad.Comment

Why is this dunk never shown on highlights? That was a nice *** dunk.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

I was just telling some people yesterday about how YouTube has allowed us to see plays that Mike made in his rookie year that before now we could only read about and imagine how great it was.
Now this totally unknown masterpiece gets revealed. I bow down to the greatness of YouTube.Jordan Mychal Lemos
