    Yea....Darko sounds really really swell

But the fact that Lebron James will give u auto-sellouts and the merchandising and advertising benefits.....yea, you have to make him numero uno.

I agree, James should go first. That said, im PRAYING my pistons end up with the 2nd pick... Darko would be great!

Heh, with the way the Grizzlies have been playing as of late, we'll be lucky to pick 5th in the draft, let alone 2nd. Memphis has already passed the Cavs, Nuggets, Heat, Raptors and LA Clippers, plus they may end up passing the Bulls too. Fortunately they have a tough schedule ahead with only 5 of 16 games left vs. sub-.500 teams, so they may not be able to jump any more teams from this point on to the rest of the regular season.

Actually, I believe that not one time since the lottery went into effect has the team with the most balls even gotten1st pick. Remember Orlando getting #1 pick two years in a row, even while only having ONE ball in the lottery the second year? Anything can happen man, and until the draft order is announced, Ill pray for Darko!

Darko is a better prospect then Lebron. Darko is 7 foot, almost 18, can shoot better then Lebron, can dribble and pass. Lebron is nice and I would probably pick him because of the instant sellouts and high light reel dunks, but if I was in the lottery I would rather have the no.2 pick. If you passed on Lebron there would be more boos then I can even imagine. I'd probably trade the pick for no.2 and a no.1 next year.

Theres no way Im passing on James if i get the first pick. This kid will sell out the arena, sell some jerseys, and be an icon for the city he plays for. But looking at it from a basketball point of view, if I want an immediate impact player, Im going ahead and drafting Darko. But for a team like the Heat, Clippers, Cavs, or Nuggets, these teams know they won't make it to the playoffs and therefore they know they have time to develop young prospects, so I would go ahead and draft LeBron. Also when you have all 29 NBA GM's and all these sportswriters saying this guy is a real deal, its sort of hard to go against what they're saying. These guys do know their basketball and when people say this guy is better than Kobe, Mcgrady, and Garnett as a highschool player, it would be tough passing up on that pick.
