Waitwaitwait, did Tomba just say that Stackhouse plays for the Pistons?

"BUT stackhouse and hamilton are all stars and having ANOTHER all star doesn't hurt but i can't see the Pistons bench being any better now with the loss of both billups and Mcdyess...."

I love the trade. Helps both teams.

On Iverson there was a stat on who was the last person to finish in the top ten in ppg and apg, he has done it for four straight years. Hardly a ball hog, black hole.

12 years and still no respect for AI...wow.....I hope detroit win this year so people can just realize how good of a player he really is....the guy is 5'11 100 pounds and can get to the rim whenever he wants, iron man, he been raised his fg%, 25ppg his whole career, took a bunch of role players to the finals...while he was 50% healthy, nice assist numbers for a scoring guard, solid defender(5'11 100) best in the league when it comes to playing passing lanes, doesn't cause trouble like people think.....league pass buy it!!!!

                  cancer?

                  worse offensive player than Billups?

I don't know where these ppl get it from, seriously
I wasn't paying any attention to that nonsense, haha. I'm sticking to the basketball analysis, not these obsessive cults that develop around these players.

Detroit was already the second best team in the East. Has that changed with this trade?

Initially I didn't like it. However, it makes sense and personally I'm not sure the current Pistons were going to win another championship. This sets them up to reload and possibly get LeBron or Bosh...that could be amazingly awesome!

Anyways, I trust in Joe D!

                      A.I. is 6 feet 1 inch.

I think its funny how players get taller and shorter in the NBA as years go by. I remember when Tim Duncan was listed as 7ft 1 when David Robinson was around although he was only 6 10 ( or 11)

They did that so they could sell the image of the "Twin Towers" for so long.

Not sure what to think of this...seems like a lateral move more than anything. I think it'll help the Nuggets more this year but that huge amount of cap space will greatly help the Pistons in the future.

For what it's worth, Iverson shows as 5'11 1/4" without shoes on DraftExpress. He was maybe an inch taller than me in shoes, and I'm 5'10"... definitely not 6'1".
