Saw this yesterday.

Monta Ellis had the screws in his surgically-repaired left ankle removed Wednesday in Birmingham, Ala., and is expected to rejoin the Warriors after next week's road trip on the East Coast. Team officials did not set a date for a return to basketball-related activity, though Ellis' agent, Jeff Fried, has said he anticipated a Thanksgiving week start.

I'm pretty pumped about Morrow. After watching the game against the Clips, I thought that he just had one of those games. But to follow it up by dropping 25 on the Blazers was impressive. Can't to see how he will do tonight against the Bulls. I'm planning on heading out there tonight.

2-9 shooting, 7 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist, 3 steals. Let's just give him at least a solid month before proclaiming him a guy who can average 18. I know your homer tendencies kick in and not even saying it's impossible, but it's not fair to Morrow to do that to him after just 2 or 3 good games.

15-18 ppg was probably excessive in his rookie year, regardless of whether they got Jamal or not. You're a homer for the Warriors, not meant as an insult, so you got a little too optimistic imo. It happens when one of your young rookies explodes for huge points, lol Brook Lopez dropping 25 and 9 in his first start got me expecting huge numbers but I know he's probably gonna end up right under my expectations.

Anthony Morrow was not this good in college. So don't get too hot for the kid yet. Remember Terence kinsey in Memphis....he had a good run for a couple of games and know he currently resides in the where are they now category.

Bingo. Except Tarence Kinsey was good for a few weeks. Not saying that Morrow can't eventually put it together, but comparisons to Michael Redd, projections of 15-18 ppg is just unfair to him.

The man's J is pure cash. After he went off on my Tar Heels, I couldn't believe he didn't get drafted. Went on to have a good rookie year, it'll be interesting to see how he plays this year.

This man has been strokin all pre-season, no Anfernee. Lookin like Azubuike in the pre-season a few years back.

Was hoping nobody was noticing cuz he was going to be a sleeper in fantasy
