Toronto needs a big man more then they need a flashy guy so it would be better if we got Darko but hey LeBron is good too!

Lebron and VC wouldn't work well, if t-dot gets a high draft choice, were better off with Darko.

Lebron and VC wouldn't work well, if t-dot gets a high draft choice, were better off with Darko.

i agree with you, but b/c of the publicity implications it'd only make sense that any owner that agreed with you tried to trade down with the team who had the second pick.

okay i know darko is a great player but....if anyone drafts him with the number one pick they are ******** even if they already have an all-star 2 and 3 what lebron brings to the table is not all about his basketball ablity it is about what he can do for a franchise he can make a team millions of dollars before he even steps on the court.

First off, if anyone on this board is an IDIOT, it has to be you.

As for Darko, I'm sure when the draft rolls around, and teams get a REAL good look at him, he might be #1 on many teams draft boards. For a few reasons...LeBron is gonna play what? Maybe 1? Maybe 2? Maybe 3? Maybe a combo of all. Now, quick think of 10 really good players for each of those positions. Got em? Now think of 10 really good centers in the NBA?....a lot harder? I thought so. You gotta remember, Darko is only 17. Hes just like a HS player comming out, so his potential is unlimited. Plus, he is playing against EURO PROS. PROS! LeBron is playing against 18, 17, 16, and 15 year old boys. Another reason Darko could be taken #1, remember when Francis was drafted, and he demanded a trade, otherwise he wouldnt play? Didn't LeBron say he wouldn't play for Cleveland? I wouldn't doubt LeBron has opions of other teams as well.

As for Lebrons style of play, never score 40 points in a game? Or did u mean average 40ppg? Kinda confusing...but, settle down, no one knows how LeBron is gonna play in NBA, sure in HS he can dominate with his scoring and his passing, but in the NBA? Who knows. Settle down before u decipher (sp), how some kid is gonna play in the NBA. He could be drafted to a team that has scorers, and be asked to pass. Or he could be drafted to a team who cant score (Denver, especially after Howard is gone), and they could ask him to shoot.

the real fact is that the second a team drafts lebron people will run out and buy jerseys and tickets to games that won't happen with darko that is why lebron will go one
