I'm with Webber and Payton on this one. There's something to be said for the argument that putting up big numbers in pressure situations (when your team has a good record to preserve) is more "quality" than putting up big numbers on a bad team... But simply awarding all-star berths to good players on great teams (I was pretty appalled when Kenny argued for KG, Pierce, AND Allen as All-Stars) and ignoring guys who are legitimately busting their asses just to get their team to 10 wins doesn't seem okay to me. I know it's a fan voting deal, so the starting 5 is beside the point... but for coaches to pass over guys like Granger (who will probably get in regardless) and Joe Johnson for Ray Allen would be pretty weak if it's on the basis of their team records. Johnson is on a good team and still isn't getting much respect.

We'll see what the coaches have to say though... they might agree with me.

That Bowen **** is inexcusable haha... I was amazed by that.

i stopped caring about this game when kobe blocked mikes shine on the final AS game of mikes career.

Although like i said Andris "should" be an all star.

Dubs always get hated on thoughso i dont really care...i barely watch the game any way.

Na but the game itself is forgettable. Nobody remembers what happened last year. I don't even remember who won "MVP".. which is by far the most worthless award the NBA hands out just ahead of 6th man.

As far as who gets in.. that's become a joke too. This is why I said I could give a **** less about the entire process.

funny thing is i dont even hate dude.

i dont hate anyone in the NBA.. i just dont really like the Lakers orginization as a whole but that doesnt have anythign to do with the players.. i just hate L.A in general, hate the Dodgers too, i hate downtown Hollywood, ihate the bugee *** clubs in hollywood, all that.

I <3 Odom, i <3 ariza, i liek Sasha, Kobes a monster, Bynums growing into a monster, paus soft but hes atleast trying to shed that soft label. i really dont hate anyone actually.

maybe Baron Davis, and K.G cause hes a bitch.

since the game doesnt really mean anything, and mike hit the game winner and it was all part of a alluring moment, kobe shouldnt have tried to win the game.. although i tihnk jermaine oneal did foul him, so blame the refs or jermaine i guess.

kind of a ****ty situation to be in though overall, is till feel as though kob' tried to steal the shine a bit.

huh?!?... mike hit the shot with liek 2 seconds left to go in the game in OT.

the west got the ball back and kobe took a baseline jumper or drive (i forget...) in which jermaine oneal fouled him and sent kobe to line line hitting 2 free throws.. basically ending the game.
