I doubt it they can make it to the playoffs. Majority of their games from here on in are on the road(damn you circus) and Crash is out again because of the dirty hit. One bring spot however is Augustin is coming back soon, so that will help the lineup.

And to be honest, it is just nice to finally have NBA discussions back in Charlotte.

I would root for the hometown team if, first, MJ gets out of office - I love UNC but the pipeline from Carolina to Charlotte needs to end - and if they would choose anything other than the orange colors

I agree, I hope they don't pick a UNC player in the draft unless it is a dire need and he is the best available player left in the draft.

Back to the playoff scenario. If they did make the playoffs, I don't think Boston would like to face them. Bobcats match up well with Boston, (if everyone is healthy). But Cleveland would crush them.

Larry Brown is the exception; excellent coach and I applauded at the hire (IMO his treatment in NY was indispicable). Brendan Wright, ironically, was traded minutes after he said on national TV he could beat MJ in a pickup game 1-on-1

The Morrison pick was horrible and I screamed when I saw it; Okafor's really good and the more I see Felton the more I like him - he just needs some shooters around him; DJ will be a good player but he's better at PG (like in college @ Texas) and I think he has too much talent to come off the bench so I don't see him playing at potential on this team

As is always the case w/MJ's picks...Good players, just not good picks for the team (except for Kwame & Morrison who were/are just horrible in general)
