HAHA I told you man, the Nets are the best team out of the 3 trying to take the Blazers' spot. But the Knicks are MUCH better coached, and that seems to be working better, lol.

Yea I know. If we can keep this little win streak we got going into the ASB, then we should be alright. For some reason, we tend play alot better and are more competitive in the 2nd half of the season. Been like that ever since Lawrence Frank took over.
Coaching IS the difference maker between the two teams and I agree.
Nets with Frank coaching-8th seed or possibly watching the playoffs at home.
Nets with D'Antoni coaching: 5th-6th seed.#RespectTheCultureComment

big win. Lakers played good defense down the stretch. made some clutch free throws even though we were shooting them terribly throughout the game.
Kobe damn near shot us out of a win. i hate when he gets in one of them zones where he doesnt even think about driving to the hoop. Pierce already knew kobe wasnt going to drive to the basket so he was able to keep his hand in his face. and Garnett wasnt even on the floor so there is no excuse to not take it to the rack.
Fish, Lamar, and Gasol also had solid games.

1.) Why didn't Leon Powe play at all down the stretch? Doc looked for Big Baby as our key to victory.
2.) Is being physical not allowed when the Lakers play us? Honestly, contact means foul 90% of the time.
3.) Pierce has been getting nervous. He hasn't missed a free throw in like 15 games, and then he goes to the free throw line, we start chanting MVP and he misses. He then misses 2 more.
4.) Ray Allen has been the man lately. He should be the one with the ball in his hands down the stretch.
5.) As much as I complain about NBA officiating, it really upsets me more than anything else in professional basketball. You can tell the refs just guess sometimes, because honestly, they're getting paid and are indifferent about the outcome of the game.Comment
