But aren't you seeing a trend? Fans of all teams across the NBA have been complaining about the officiating in laker games. Especially in that Kings series years ago

The bad officiating went both ways last night, but I don't expect you to take notice.

I do find it funny that people are labeling the Celtic fans on here as cry babies when, in fact, the only people "whining" about the officiating in last night's game are non-Celtic fans.

Other than BTB, who hasn't "cried" from what I've seen...merely talked about the officiating as a factor which it is in every game, especially close ones, and Moses...no other C's fans have even posted.


As for my thoughts on the game? ****. Big. Baby.

Seriously, if he never steps foot on the floor for the Celtics again, I would be happy. He can't shoot, but he loves to take the KG-like jumper, he's a magnet for fouls and bad plays. Powe should've gotten those minutes last night and it's scary to say but I'd rather see a healthy Scal out there over Davis.

It is pretty obvious.

I'm sure you'd feel the same way as I do about it if people were calling out your fanbase for crying when it wasn't even the C's fans doing the complaining.

I would, but to be fair, there was a fair amount of complaining after the Christmas game. But whatever, it's in the past.

I'm honestly surprised he didn't take the inbound, turn around and throw it up underhand just for the hell of it.

Not to mention his "wannabe KG jumper" is probably the ugliest shot I've ever seen.

Another funny thing is nobody was labeling any fanbases.

My posts about the crying etc., were merely to extend a pat on the back to the homer Laker fans OS has had in the past. Hopefully they can keep it up. I wasn't calling out Boston fans in particular at all, as DTX said, it's always the same few individuals who cry about Laker wins.

KG doesn't keep his forward momentum going and has the ability to put some arc on his shots. Big Baby just...jumps forward and shoots for the rim and prays it goes in.

With all due respect Kash, your hatred is clouding your judgement. Good defense forces roleplayers to take shots, rather than stars taking shots. Even during the commentary, they were talking about how the Lakers' defensive rotations were forcing poor possessions for the C's. I know you think Kobe's a bad defender, but if you look at him down the stretch, possession by possession, he didn't give Pierce anything clean, which kept him out of rhythm. Fisher did a serviceable job on Ray to do the same.

If anything, the Lakers almost gave that game away on the FT line, which is something since they are mostly excellent from the line. Probably fatigue.

Exactly u hit it on the nose because glen davis had to take those shots they were completely rotating off of him and doubling pierce on the drive. Those were passes that were meant to set him up for the shot, they just didn't go down. And don't beat up on the cry baby davis too much because i personally feel that if the Celtics have any chance of winning again this year he HAS to be the x-factor or its not gonna happen. When he is on top of his game he can consistently hit that jumper and he hustles his *** of for rebounds and taking charges. Leon Powe and Perkins can pretty much do that but they have no consisten midrange jumper. I really think the lakers just got lucky that he was off last night

Oh no worries LH, I just wanted to make sure I was clear.. because I agree with a lot of what the BOS fans have to say here. I didn't want people to think I was labeling their fanbase.

Playoffs can't come soon enough.
