From what I saw on draft night, I sense that Live suffers from Feveritis. The pr machine will make tons of promises about "taking the criticism to heart" and "tons of new animations" but in the end, I expect some weird feature like downloadable sneakers and hair styles to take a higher priority than improving their gameplay and overall ambience. Last year's Live was one of the games that had me listening to an alternative sound source. In this generation of console gaming, poor atmosphere and sound in dolby 5.1 is unacceptable.
