How do you take away a gamebreaker?

It says in the manual that you can press turbo and select and the other teams gamebreaker will go away. Is this for only 2 player mode?

Umm... you apparently have the game, so It doesn't hurt to try. But yeah, you can use it for any game mode.

You have to have a gamebreaker pocketed for it to work then just press two turbos and select.

no you don't have to have one pocketed, if you have one active just hold 1 turbo button and press Select

Can you not do this if you have a gamebreaker 2 active? I have the X-Box version and I have NEVER been able to cancel a gamebreaker (and it's a simple matter of pressing the black button on the X-Box) so far. The two constants are that I have always had a gamebreaker 2 active (not a simple gamebreaker) and that the other team does in fact have a gamebreaker pocketed. Does anyone have any insight to this?

i've never tried w/ a Double Gamebreaker active, so i couldn't help you there, but you definitely can w/ a Single Gamebreaker, and it doesn't clear the whole thing, but a lot of it goes away

This may be a stupid remark but to the people that are having problems, does the other team have a Gamebreaker pocketed when you try and cancel it? Because if the other team doesn't have a gamebreaker pocketed (or active I guess) you can't cancel anything.
