i don`t think charles would work for ID commentary. he would fit better into commentating for the more arcadish nba live game...

but charels did say something really dumb in the pregame show tonight.. he said "what does 'imperative' mean." what a dummy!

but one thing for sure, charles is not some hair style on the camera. he is very genuine and funny!

atleast he`s better than walton and more entertaining than magic!

I'm glad some people are starting to realize that ol' Chuckster shouldn't be taken so seriously... TNT has a lot of money invested in these playoffs, and they need an attraction to keep people tuned in especially during halftime. Chuck is outrageous, I love his comments. They're the best basketball show going. My all-time favorite quote from Chuck came in the book "The Jordan Rules", when the Bulls were playing the Sixers. The refs were giving the Sixers no love, and they said Chuck stuck his head into the refs' room and said, "I hope you guys have some K-Y jelly... That way when you screw us, at least maybe you'll make it feel better." I was ROTFLMAO.

I'm glad some people are starting to realize that ol' Chuckster shouldn't be taken so seriously... TNT has a lot of money invested in these playoffs, and they need an attraction to keep people tuned in especially during halftime. Chuck is outrageous, I love his comments. I don’t think Charles would commentate for any game. He was so unimpressed of Live last year, it was funny because, he was right. They were showing a preview of I think it was the Kings and Lakers game on Live. And they showed a clip of Shaq going at it with Divac. And Charles was like “what the hell is this?? When has Divac done a 360 on Shaq!!” Kenny and Ernie was just lauging their *** off. Then they had Kings-Pistons in the finals and Pistons won in a sweep!! Charles was like “who made this game?!?!?!” Ernie said it was EA sports, and Charles said, “This game is awful!!” Kenny said, “Yeah, cause I don’t remember Bibby posting up Shaq either.” I was LMAO, those guys are too much.
