people don`t realize they say it that often.. they get in front of the camera and try to sound like a good communicator and every other word is "you know" i`m sure a lot of you do it too!

i get kinda nervous on camera, and 'you know' is pretty much filler while we think. On camera we don't want to be silent much, so we unconsciously add in stuff, kinda like saying 'like' or 'um'. Just think about the number of times you say 'like' or 'um' during the day, probably a whole lot more than you'd expect, and you don't realize it at all.
