^ Yeup, I was just about to post something about that..

When he arrived in New Jeru, he said:

"We are going to turn this team around 360 degrees."

A great way to judge whether someone knows what s/he is talking about and is comfortable talking about it, is to listen to how much of what s/he says actually is of substance, and how much of it is just filler. If it's mostly filler, then steer clear.
