Yeah, but if you are Kobe, you think you can have your cake and eat it too. Just ask MJ. Many superstars think they can get away with just about anything they want. Why shouldn't they, "if they glove doesn't fit, you must acquit". But saying Kobe is guilty, but in today's world it wouldn't surprise anyone. But it would be a major black eye for the NBA.

he won't get jail time. david stern and the folks at nike will make sure it is a suspended sentence with community service or some oter bs. but if it were you or me or anyone else in this forum, it would definetly be jail or prison

You hit that right on the head. He won't do any time. The crazy thing Jim Gray just reported on ESPN that Kobe was with his wife on the trip and she even went with him to turn himself in. He also said Kobe was in Colorado to see a top shoulder specialist to get some advice. Oh well lets see how this one plays out.
