First off Kobe hasn't been charged with anything yet. Go read the ESPN article.

Second Kobe was in CO for surgery the woman from what I hear (LA radio station) was a hotel employee. This whole thng is very sketchy.

Probably a woman out to get money.

Exactly my feelings. As much as I dont really like Kobe. He IS innocent until proven guilty. This just does'nt seem like Kobe's M.O. Sexual assualt.

I dont know, whenever I hear these type of stories, I always side with the man(in most cases) cause some women are scandalous. Especially when it comes to a famous person.

Kobe will never get it though because he's not that type of person. he's from the suburbs of Philly, that lived in Italy alot of his life, can fluently speak the language, speaks properly and comes off as a young Michael Jordan. even Michael Jordan wasn't that type, but he came into the league as a young upstart as compared to Magic, Bird, Kareem and Doc...wearing the gold chains like during his first dunk contest. but he wasn't street. it was Nike that did...through Spike Lee. Spike got Money his street cred with the Mars Blackman commercials. and that's when peeps wanted to see Mike and be like him. since then, Jordan has been corporate wit his. he got back to the street cred wit the Mos Def track in his commercials and then with Brand Jordan, which endorses young established and also up and coming black athletes as of this point.

and actually, Kobe's street cred should be coming from him getting into fights on the court

it's just that he kept getting his butt kicked.
