Believe it or not the Clippers problems havent been getting rid of good players it's always been drafting the wrong ones. As a result of their horrendous drafting they pretty much never had anyone good to get rid of unless you want to count Odom or Maggette or something.

Odom wasn't fitting in there far as I remember. Maggette seemed to be on the trade block for about 3 straight seasons so can just shrug that one off. The draft luck seems to have turned around a bit with Kaman,Thorton and Gordon. Injuries are the problem now.
