I don't think there is truely any single team that can offer two full-blown max deals, because the Heat will have upwards of $25M in capspace, but that is before they resign Wade. The Knicks have a similar amount of space but they'll also have to re-sign Lee and Robinson. If they want to open that additional space, they'd have to renounce their rights (as restricted FAs) and that would put them at big risk of losing both/either for nothing.

I don't expect ANY team will be in a position to offer two max deals, but I could definitely see two big-time players taking slight paycuts (heaven forbid) to allow a team to sign other stars. It will definitely be very interesting to see what happens.

Why the hell would the Raptors trade their shot at the playoffs and resigning Bosh for damaged goods in Bynum.

It's not going to happen unless Jerry West becomes the GM of the Raptors.
Thank you, nothing really more needs to be said, and we will resign Bosh.

                Hahahaha...

Bosh is arguably the best PF in the game this season.

We are going by what Bosh says about the city and how much he likes it up here as well as wanting to see improvement from the team...

Maybe it's false hope, but the people who think he will leave always come up with the same, "Toronto is syberia and cold" bull**** and have absolutely no clue with what goes on with the Toronto Raptors or even Chris Bosh for that matter.

And how many have won in the last 15 years ?? 4 or 5?

Thanks for responding to Cebby. It seems everyone that says Bosh will leave or Toronto is a bad NBA city has no freakin' clue about things here. It's pretty pathetic really.

Oh and I agree with your next post about Hedo, the signing was a good one on paper but the guy is completely mail it in. I think it was after the Boston game where he said he's not getting enough touches. The guy has been getting a ton of chances with the ball but is doing diddly squat with it. He needs to own up to the fact that he's playing like hot garbage.

Well Cebby is usually the leader of that clan lol...

I can't really blame people for thinking the way they do because the Raptors don't have a great history and have been losers, more than they have been winners.

But man, some people on this board are so out of the loop with what goes on in the day-to-day happenings of the Raptors it is not even funny. I don't expect them to follow them 24/7, but if you're gonna make comments because us Raptor fans, going by what Bosh has says, think he genuinely wants to stay, at least brush up on your facts and know a thing or two about the situation...lol

As far as the trash talking on Canada, well that's another discussion. A more valid point was what Born said.

Anyway the Hedo signing was not good on paper. It was absolutely horrific on paper. Everyone outside of Toronto was already saying this the minute he inked the deal. Everyone knew the guy would mail it in after getting paid.

You might be right but you'd think a star caliber player in the NBA would at least try to prove his worth rather then just slack off just because he got a big contract. Now I wish the Trail Blazers had gotten him instead.

                                Oh well...
