doesn't make sense, kobe went to denver to rape someone while getting knee surgery? What's his motive, he thought he'd get away with it? Thought no one would recognize him in his hotel room? What's next, he'll order pizza, rob the delivery person and expect to get away with it? If they were having consensual business, then short of a taped exchange where she said No, this case is over before it began. Sorry hon, next time you want to charge someone, pick a better candidate.

let me clear something up, I didnt say he RAPED her, I said he SEXUAL intercourse with her..meaning that it was consensual...so nothing was forced. Seems like an affair gone bad like someone mentioned earlier.Comment

the sad thing is...whether guilty or not. all kobe has to do is pay up. hes not gonna get the punishment a normal person will get. Hes an NBA athlete. A professional athlete. The thing hes gonna have to deal with is the media talkin isht. I'd take that over jail time anyday. Anyway, its a crappy situation and i feel bad for the kid. Who would cheat on their wife if she looked like that? But then again...he will make more money then any of us here in the OS world. I dont feel bad for that...Good Luck to KB.
