Again, I don't know if trading that much for a player like that is worth it. If Lebron came there with him, then absolutely. But would you do it for Lebron coming out of high school?
For the record, my opinion is that he'll be a good starter in the NBA. Maybe make the all-star game a few times, but never a truly elite player. He never really impressed me in his time at Kentucky with the exception of a couple nice plays at the end of ball games, but he's very turnover prone for a "pure point guard". I'd bet that Cousins ends up being a better pro than Wall.

With Leonsis we will be unstoppable. A month on the job and he already got the #1 pick.
Great day to be a Wizards season ticket holder. Made me feel great about renewing my tixs. Cant wait to preorder my Wall jersey.

Anyone who is saying the Nets are gonna trade Devin Harris and their pick to the Wiz for the number 1 pick must not watch the NBA because the Wizards were the team that originally drafted Devin Harris and traded him away for Antwan Jamison.. so why would they now trade John Wall for him?? Not happening, John Wall is one of us now. Go BULLETS!

Man I don't know why there always needs to be a face to blame. The post MJ Wizards have MUCH more talent and success than the pre-Jordan Wizards. Of course, I'm not attributing all of that to Jordan but I think it's crazy that people don't want to attribute any of it to him. Yes he screwed up Kwame (I don't think he screwed up the pick... I think he did the damage after the kid was drafted), yes he spent too much time away from the team. But remember the financial mess the team was when he came onboard... and the last time they sniffed the playoffs. There's no need to give him a ton of credit but also no reason to pin 25 years of mediocrity on him.

Do you have a purpose here besides trying to piss off Nets fans. Regardless of whether or not you can get information, PPM's initial point that you just seem to be trying to take a shot at Nets fans seems pretty accurate.

                        You better figure it out.

Leaving Oklahoma City to go to his hometown where he balls in the offseason and play with John Wall in the most important city in the world is a no brainer.

There is also a rumor that Ted Leonsis may change the name of the Wizards. He also is probably bringing back the Red, White and Blue uniform colors. Man, things are looking good for my Wiz/Bullets

I was too young to care/remember, but since we have some old heads in here.. I was looking back at the 1993 NBA Draft. Why did Orlando take Chris Webber with the first overall pick in the draft, then trade him and THREE first round picks for the 3rd pick in the draft, Penny Hardaway?
