It's funny. What LeBron did is more or less the equivalent of a fan jumping on the latest bandwagon. It's like being a bandwagon fan. It's rooting for the team with the best roster every year. IT'S LAME. He just basically bandwagoned onto the Heat.

We knew this though. He was an Ohio born son who is a Yankees/Cowboys fan. He wore a NYY cap to a Yankee/Indians Playoff game IN CLEVELAND.

Those were telltale signs.

See the username, avatar, location, all of my pro-Boston posts, etc...

...I will be rooting for the Lakers over the Heat in any such match-up. Not because I hate what they did - they had the money, they had the ability, so they went out and got the three best players they could, can't hate them for that - but because LeBron and Bosh have made me hate them this summer. I knew nothing about Bosh before this summer, but his antics have made me strongly dislike him and LeBron...well, I hated him when he was with the Cavs and after this entire summer, he's become my most hated athlete (above even Jeter and A-Rod for the time being).

I totally understand. This was handled with very little class, professionalism and maturity. We can all understand them wanting to win, but the dog and pony show was unfair to the owners, teams, former teammates and in particular, the fans of Cleveland. Knicks Nets and Bulls have promising players and cap space in varying degrees, so I think they're all gonna be alright, but Lebron made this as hard on Cleveland fans as possible, and Wade really put it out there and teased Chicago.

Damn to any team playing the miami heat in the playoffs. Alot of refs will aid that team to nba finals. i see like at least 20-25 FT attempt per game. I guess David the ring leader stern will finally get his money making match up of the lakers vs miami heat next year. David Stern is drooling right now.

Nope.

I will put aside my hatred for the Lakers (sans Gasol, nothing will ever make me root for that big oaf) if it means Kobe getting a 6th ring, or a 7th ring, or an 8th ring before LeBron gets anything.

thats crazy talk man. It anyone but the Lakers, always has been and always will be.

It will make me sick if I have to root for Miami over LA, but anybody but LA

the thing that is most disappointing to me is that in the end when ppl get past the initial shock of it all is that the thing that i think this will bring to the light is the hypocrasy that has and is still going on towards Kobe...

what i mean is even with his last championship you still have ppl saying that his 1st 3 rings dont hold that much value in his drive to be the greatest because he wasnt the "main guy".

yet the media and many of those same fans that said such things will have to re-evaluate their stance on this position or you cant value these guys championships as much unless you do so....

lets say the Heat do when mulitple championships...will ppl say that the only ring that counts is Wade's 1. whatever they say thats a stupid stance...yet that was the insane level of critisim thrown at Kobe Bryant who played a more signicicant role than any of these guys will have to carry because he only had 1 other superstar player....

this is what i always being arguing about with ppl is their level of hypocrasy and i beleive that the rules will now change..the media not gonna tell you that these guys rings dont count (if they win) yet for yrs thats all we've heard towards #24.....

so if you fit into this boat...2nite i want you to look yourself in the mirror or whenever you get around to swallowing the iditocrasy you've spew for yrs...to go ahead and look yourself in the mirrow and admit that you were just being a *****...period.

to me this is the most interesting thing i took from this...

now watch this after all i said watch this....IF Kobe beats this team in the finals...Can we officially call him the greatest? will the world officially stop this childish hatred 2wards the man....

in the end im ok with Lebron choice...but what im not ok with is the hypocrasy that this choice will face many of you to face...

We all thought it meant he was going to NY instead it was worse, much much worse. To those who had the foresight of seeing something like this happening I applaud you.

Lebron James is basically a rich version of the worst kind of sports fan.
