Most of yall are freaking ********. A big name free agent left one team and signed with another, happens every year.

He has a chance to move to South Beach, sign another $100 million contract, play in the NBA with two of his good friends... Any one of us on this board would give pretty much anything to be in that position.

He doesnt owe Ohio jack squat. The Cavs couldnt get 10 people to watch their games prior to him joining them. For the last 7 years the Cavs have skyrocketed in value and ONLY because of Lebron. So ridiculous seeing all the hate on him moving on. We all only have one life to live, so let him live his. He played for 7 years in Clevland and couldnt get it done, so hes moving on. Big deal...

And everyone here is complaining about the ESPN show, but 99% of all of you were glued to the TV set....which shows you cared one way or the other. In the process of his announcment, he made millions for the Boys and Girls club. Lets all hate the guy....

Watching this whole thing unfold...I'm shocked he went to the Heat.

I don't hate Lebron. He did what was best for him. I don't really understand how he's going to be coat-tailing Wade either. I'm not sure if Wade understands what he did by talking Lebron into coming to Miami.

It's Lebron James. Regardless of how you feel (or felt) about him, he's going to be the one getting most of the attention. I saw one post mention Lebron as being "Scottie Pippen except 10 times better," but I think that Wade will be (unfairly) relegated to that role due to ESPN and the majority of sports media and fans' habits of lavishing attention on Lebron.

I don't like the move because it reminds me of the Yankees in baseball, but I can't really hate Miami for spending the money. I can't really hate Lebron or Bosh for joining Wade and trying to win championships. It might be a selfish move, but I don't really see how Lebron "owed" anything to Cleveland. He would have been just as successful no matter where he was drafted. Yes, he was a Ohio born and bred, but so what? Cleveland failed to give him a substantial supporting cast. If they want to cast blame, they should do so at the front office and at Mike Brown in my opinion.

And the rioting and jersey burning? Pathetic if you ask me. It's a basketball player. That's it. It actually makes me want to root against Cleveland. With behavior like that, I hope those fans never get to experience any kind of sports success. Lebron showed his nature tonight, but those Cleveland fans showed theirs as well.

Right now I hope the Cavs won't rebuild for a long, long time. Specifically because of their fans behavior.

Just my opinion, and it's going to be an unpopular one, but oh well.

Lebron isn't being selfish, the fans are being selfish. He has been there for 7 years, taken a horrible team to the Finals, and got what should've been an average team two 60-win seasons. Now the same people who were all over him now want to downplay his talent and call him a coward.

Look, selfishness or not,the fans do have two things:

1. His perceived quitting in game 5

2. This bullcrap that happened tonight to rub it in.

I don't think it's selfish to be pissed with how LeBron destroyed Cleveland tonight. Am I pissed? No, but that's mostly because I'm emotionally burnt out, especially today.

Whatever, I am going to root for the Cavaliers, I will still be a hardcore fan. It'll be interesting to see if they tear it down completely or try for a quick rebuild.

Cavaliers could have about 13 million in cap space if they just flat out renounce Delonte West *and of course, LeBron.*

Thank you! LeBron coulda signed with the Cavs for $30,000,000 more but wanted to go on a team where he could win a championship! C'mon LeBron wants to play to win not for the money! Cavs fans need to chill he built that team to what they have now! Hope LeBron does well in Miami!
