Didn't James himself put the nix on that though?

          1. If he did this after his rookie year or his first 3 years then that guy would have a point, he was there for seven years, won 2 MVP's, brought them to the Finals, got them to playoffs repeatedly, and it was clear that they weren't going to get better.

          2. It's obvious that what he's saying is that with him and Wade on the same team that they don't have to worry about doing everything like they've been doing since they were drafted. That's a classic case of taking something out of context and making it a bigger deal than it is.

And this is LeBron's fault? This is farther reason for him to leave. If they can pull the trigger on Jamison but cant with Amare.

No you aren't, the point is that Amar'e made it known that he didn't want to go to Cleveland. I'm pretty sure The Matrix has something to say about that whole thing. JJ wasn't the only reason that Amar'e didn't get to Cleveland.

There were 3 rumours if I remember correctly about that Amar'e trade:

                1. Suns didn't like what they were getting in return for Amar'e
                2. Cavs didn't want to part with JJ Hickson.
                3. LBJ said no to the trade because he liked JJ Hickson.

finally someone agrees, Cavs have no cap space they cant really move players until 2011.

Lebron gave the cavs 7 great damn years!

Well he did switch his avy to the Miami Hurricanes. Right city, wrong team. I guess it's the first step in the process?

I posted this in Starlin4Prez's Blog earlier (It's actually a good rant), so I'll post it here as well.

This entire media fiasco is a load of bulls**t. LeBron didn't need to go so over-the-top in announcing his decision.

However, he's gonna do what is in his best interests. If that means leaving his home state behind, so be it. Other than Antwaan Jamison, who in my opinion is overrated anyway, there were no major upgrades to that team. Shaq's been past his prime for years, Moe's just average, and the rest of that roster is weak sauce. No big time stars can do it alone. Jordan had Pippen, Magic had Jabbar and Worthy, Bird had Parish and McHale, Kobe had Shaq and now Gasol. There is no player in Cleveland right now, not even Jamison, that could be Lebron's Pippen or Gasol.

So, can I blame the guy for being a media whore? Yeah.
Can I blame him for following his best interests? No.

Keep in mind this is an outsider's opinion. I am not a fan of the Heat or Cavs (I'm a Celtics fan).
                                ...Nope. I got nothin'.
