Jefferson is being shopped around the league, he's probably not staying. Darko supposedly has the starter job at C locked up and Love will probably start at PF.

Other than that, they are a nice young team. Adding Beasley doesn't hurt.

Let me ask you, you keep calling him selfish (and he may be) but what decision would be the unselfish one in your eyes? Isn't it fair to say that whichever choice was made, would have been done for mostly selfish reasons?

What about the people who are bitterly ranting about him leaving? Do you think they want him to stay because it's what's best for him, or best for their rooting interest in their team? The selfish angle is crap if it's argued for selfish reasons...Just my opinion.

EDIT: and to clarify, I'm not calling you selfish or pretending to know anyone's reasoning for their anger/hate/disappointment/whatever. I'm just trying to understand all the moral outrage over his decision...people seem to be taking it quite personally.

My mom told me that when I was younger as well.

Let me tell a little story.

Back in High School during my second year at school. I was one of the best Football players in the city....But on a losing team/school. My team sucked. I was the best at all postions. Where ever I was I made plays for my team. But during my Jr year. 3 Private schools offered me free rides to their schools...No questions asked...I didn't go because of my friends. My senior year was so bad. We went 0-8. I was selected to the All-City team again. But I remember going to pick up my award and I see one of other players (from one of the school that offered the free ride a year before). He had his championship jacket on (his second by the way). I wish I would of went.

Why? You needed a jacket to be, or feel like a winner. Man, dont be a puppet, your mom was a smart lady. The Legends are Legends because how they played the game. They stuck with there teams and rose above the challenge. Anyone can take the easy road and piggy back.

Kobe had Shaq for the first 3 and Gasol for the last 2

Jordan had PIPPEN, Harper

Bird had AMAZING TALENT

Magic had Kareem , Worthy , Cooper , Scott and more

Lebron had MO Williams as his best sidekick and a old *** Jamison

Smh at ohio fans being bitter while danny ferry didnt do crap ( remember those first round picks in luke jackson? Shannon Brown? signing of larry hughes ) Lebron had no talent just a bunch of role players
