Im so not impressed with Wall as an NBA point guard. I dont think he has the vision needed to be a true point. IMO for him to be sucessful I see him as a 1.5 guard like Iverson or Arenas.

Next five years is CP3 if he remains healthy. I really like Rose aswell.

But, he definitely proved me wrong in Golden State this past year. He could run the break in Golden State's hurry up system, but when they got slowed down into the half court game, he showed that he was a very impressive director of the offense and was great at setting up his teammates.

I think Curry is a better passer with higher basketball IQ than Wall. Not to mention that he can shoot waaaay better so defender have to close out on him which makes it easier to pass the ball when defenders switch.

I was still surprised how well Curry played the point at the NBA level. But like I said I think he is better suited at that spot than Wall is.

I think Rondo embodies everything you want from a PG sans shooting/FT shooting. He brings a lot of intangibles, has a great floor presence, highly athletic, great hands, good passer, good on-ball defender and can defend in space. If he develops a consistent jumper he'd be that much more deadly.

I think George Hill is another intriguing candidate. He was absolutely electric in that Dallas series. Tailed off though in the PHX one. I love his scoring ability, but don't know how good of a creator he can be. His defense is above-avg, but nothing to write home about. But hey...he's still developing...the offense is there though. Hard to believe he's only a rookie.

Rose/Evans. I think these two are the leading candidates here though. Question about Evans though is he a 1 or a 2? I think he's more of a 2 w/ very good PG skills. I think both need to work on the long-range jumper, but both will probably be the class of the league for years to come.

Russ Westbrook is my sleeper. He came in looking like a 2 guard, but has really improved his PG skills since being given that role exclusively. I think he's got a very high cieling and can become something great. He doesn't have the fatal flaw of Rondo's FT shooting woes, and although he still needs to improve his jumper as well... he's a better offensive guard than Rondo IMO and very good defender/passer.

I also dont see Evans playing PG in the near future...

I have to go with Rose. If he ever adds a reliable jumpshot, then he is going to be freaking unstopable. Rondo is a close second though.

But Rose to me, is the perfect PG, in terms of body and athleticism. Incredibly fast, incredibly strong given his size, the guy has all the tools in a physical point of view. But Rondo has that knack in defense that sets him apart from every PG in the league right now

Jrue can be real special, and has time on his side being so young and already being productive. Like Lowry for his toughness, but he's more/less a solid role player.

We'll see, but I doubt it. My guess is either Rondo or Deron Williams will be the best.

Well he certainly has the size, speed, athleticism, skill set and work ethic to be one of the best pg's in the league...if not the best. Definitely not a stretch to have Wall in the conversation.

Until he plays a NBA game yes it is a stretch. Wish him well he's been exciting to watch as a college player.

We can all project til we are blue in the face ,but at the end of the day there is no way we can be sure until a player goes out and prove it. I for one dont think he will be as great as expected ,maybe even borderline bust.

If the best pg is the guy who wins the most championships, I think it will be Rose
If the best pg is the guy with the best stats I think its Wall
