    u.s. team

how do you think they're gonna do? they've started practice, and they begin competin pretty soon..i think they're gonna do well; they all seem motivated, and its a lethal combination of talent...tracy mcgrady, jason kidd, allen iverson, jermaine o'neal...i think they're gonna run things this summer...

They'll be fine. We'll be the ones being tortured because they won't show us the games here in the US without us paying. It would happen that way after Directv lost free NBATv

I agree, they're gonna rock and sweep all the teams. They're out for blood after losing last year. I just wish they had it on tv that I don't have to pay for.

Please... spare us the overconfidence. They BETTER bring their A-Game beacuse no team will backdown from them. I have no doubts they will win the Gold in the upcoming Olimpic Qualifier but that kind of overconfidence was what took that team to not 1 but 3 defeats in last years Championships.

Granted, this years team is FARRRRRRRRRRR better from that team, specially downlow where only J. O'neal had a semblance of a post up game.

The team isn't over confident, but they have the sense to kill these guys, and make sure they respect us, and know last year won't happen this time, whether you back down or not.

I'm sorry, but it's kinda hard not to be. I mean, we have the world's best PG JKidd, 1 of the worlds best SG TMac (Kobe being the other, and he'll be there next year), and the worlds best PF TD. We didn't have that last year at all. They know what is at stake now, and being confident about our chances is not a bad thing.
