I'm assuming since Lebron has rights to the "I'm taking my talents..." line, maybe Melo can instead use "I'm taking my abilities to Newark/MSG/remain in Denver".

    I feel you on that

I will say this about this whole saga and just NBA Free Agency period of the last six or seven months ago. It's been enlightening, it's shown us once and for all that NBA Owners/Executives are complete idiots for not building dynasties every year, cause you can just pull functioning pieces of successful teams out of your *** on a whim in the NBA apparently, everything is easily replaceable except for a top five - ten player. Systems don't matter, play styles don't matter, financials don't matter...you can just find them whenever you need them.

I agree again 100% Wojo is a clown and a hack of a writter. The way he insulted Walsh this past off season and the Knicks for their presentation to LBJ was a disgrace

He has a thing for the Knicks and would take all chances to throw dirt on them.

Him and Fran Isola are both hacks.

This Melo deal is going to get done one way or the other.

He either gets his money and the Knicks

or settles for the Nets to get that money

Hahhn is saying that Melo is not going to lose that money regardless and would go to the Nets to get it

Returning to Denver is not an option anymore due to the boos and the fact that he wants out of Denver

If he cannot get Mahnattan he will take Brooklyn and the money

            It is what it is

                  HIlarious.....

From his hotel suite in Beverly Hills, New Jersey Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov was playing coy on Sunday afternoon when asked what exactly happened in his short meeting with Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony yesterday.

"It was a fantastic meeting, trust me," Prokhorov said, smiling. "No words, live music, excellent atmosphere. We looked into each other's eyes. Just real man talk."

                  snip

"As you know, my instinct was to stay away and I still think that is (the) right decision," said Prokhorov, in a wide-ranging interview which will air on CNBC on Tuesday. "But when the meeting was fixed, (Nets GM) Billy King called me and said, 'We need you.' I was convinced and I still think I'm right to stay away, but we have teamwork so sometimes we need to be all together."

                  snip

"Carmelo is in a difficult situation..For him, maybe it's the most important decision of his life.”

                  snip

"I think we made a very good tactical decision to force (the) Knicks to pay as much as they can," Prokhorov said. "So it's very good, it's very interesting, it's very competitive."

                  snip

Is the pressure getting to Prokhorov? Probably not. He's going heliskiing in Canada tomorrow.

                    Chris Broussard Tweets

Sources say NJ in talks w/Den to send 2 1st round picks to Den for Mozgov & either Gallinari, Chandler or Felton, if Melo traded to NYK

LOL @ Chris Broussard AND Alan Hahn. Two KNOWN Knicks Homers and we're supposed to believe what they or anybody else is saying? LMAO.

Please do not state that. Chris Broussard is a huge Knick *****. He said all summer that LBJ would not want the Knicks because they are morbid and have the Dolans running it.

Hahn might be a bit incline to the Knicks but he gets good scoops

His "scoops" are no better than anybody else's out there.

He has no credibility about this just like everyone else about this whole situation.

I just think that the Blu Print for Success that your owner posted has not really started yet and you are lashing out

Since my owner cannot turn a 70 loss team into a Championship contender in one year, I am taking my frustrations out on everyone else.
