I'm beginning to wonder if Monty Williams doesn't like Thornton or maybe he's injured, i realize there are only so many minutes to go around. He got 30 minutes against the Spurs then about 10 minutes in all the others with only 5 against the bucks last game.

Pondexter has looked decent coming off the bench tho

This year they are top 5.

Good lord. Where did this team come from?

They're playing the Knicks.

But they should be at least a 6th seed, they really have no excuses. Too much talent on that team.. everyone should know their roles too.

Still though, he's better than Marco. I'm really not sure why Marco is getting twice the PT Thornton is.

I do think Thornton is very overrated along with Collison, but he should be seeing the floor much more.

Oh I understand that yeah, but from what I heard and seen he's improved his defense, which i've noticed he's actually subbed him in during some key defensive situations.

Yeah he's playing Bayless who hasn't played well lately. You might aswell play Thornton.

Well we need a PG when CP3 isn't on and I think he prefers Green at the 2/3 and I would rather Thornton to be the 2 guard when he's on the floor. We'll just have to see what happens as the season unravels, these things tend to change quickly i'm sure Monty has been working on Thornton's defense and will get more minutes as the season goes on

I agree he is kind of "dime a dozen" but Collison dominated the ball a lot just like CP3 does.. and Thornton did just fine. Obviously Hornets are undefeated, but still just makes little sense that he's in the dog house, while trash Marco gets all the minutes.

I could understand if Marco's D was better than Thornton's, but it's not.

Williams should rip this team at half. They have been very sloppy in the 2nd.

Bellinelli with a really nice play/assist to a CP3 at the top of the key.
