LA got better, PHX got worse.

So yeah, you better get a rebounder, on top of a lot of other things you would need. A stout wing defender, and another inside presence offensively.

Stout wing defender. I'm cool with Dudley, Childress, and Hill, with other guys jumping passing lanes.

Would love an inside presence offensively but Warrick is turning into quite the PnR option.

I know more about this team than you do. This team + a rebounder = legit.

Yea man.

I understand what he was trying to do but at the sametime, that's still not a smart thing to do because 9 times out of 10, the Refs are going to toss you out of the game for that.

Hopefully Jordan will pick up the slack since he's really our only true ballhandler at this point with T-Will still out.

What more is there to know? It'll be a bye round if LA meets them just like it was last year, even if they get a rebounder.

Sure the Ron Artest thing was luck, but it was just as lucky as Richardson hitting that chucked up three off the backboard.

That entire series was never as close as you make it out to be. PHX won their two home games handily but other than that LA was clearly the better team in all Laker wins regardless of the score.

I'm watching this on DVR delay.... but Golden State 22-0 run against the Pistons in the 1st half.

Edit: after a 9-0 run, the Pistons only trail by 23

Additional edit: Austin Daye has made 10 consecutive three's

THAT crowd was pathetic TONIGHT, which it was.

Any other night, that's hardly the case but then again you can say the same about any team. Hell, look at Orlando's crowd tonight when they played the Grizzlies. It was almost like a Church Service in there and it's the same in Miami also.

I think if Lopez is a 10-10 guy who plays 28 minutes a night this team can make it back to the conference finals. It is really all about Lopez, unless Earl Clark becomes a player or something strange.

But Phoenix has the best bench in the league. They didn't lose much with Amare except a PF that can drain a 18 footer consistently. Warrick, Childress and Dudley....even Hedo are much better team defenders than Amare was.

Suns need Nash/Dragic to score more and Lopez needs to step up and be solid starter. Same formula as last year.

Hedo is not a better defender than Amare.

How do you figure that one? Warrick, I guess if you want to say he's a better defender, I won't argue that, but Hedo?

As far as the formula goes, it's nowhere near the same as last year. Hedo is nowhere near the same style Amare is. Maybe by formula you mean outscore teams, which would be a true statement. Suns of recent history have always been about outscoring their opponent. The way they go about it is a lot different than it was last year, and not as dependable/consistent.

They do have deep talent no doubt about it, that's why I still said they would be in the playoff picture. Just once they get there, if their team stays as is, they have no shot in hell to beat Los Angeles. And you know at some point they're gonna end up playing one another.
