I'd love to know how Monty Williams thinks things through. He stresses defense, but so much that he still gives Ariza 35+ minutes a game. I'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure you've got to be able to put the ball in the bucket too.. Ariza is a travesty on offense. If they want to drive out CP3, they're doing a fantastic job right now.

Cause defense wins championships more then anything? Thornton is almost instant offense everytime he's in the game,but it took awhile for him to prove to Monty he could play some D before he got minutes again.

Who else are they gonna start at SF? Thornton is too small and is mainly a SG, I like what i've seen from Pondexter atleast defensively especially against Lebron last week but he's not ready to play serious minutes.

The Hornets have several pieces in place to win, but I think they just need 1 more player to seriously contend. Heck if Okafor plays like he can every game the Hornets have a great chance to win on any given night

Can't wait to get Anderson back, he was proving to be an important part of the rotation.

Good to see Splitter finally get some playing time. What the hell is up with his hands on rebounds though? Dude bobbles and looses balls way too often.

Jazz come back down from 12, score forty-one points in the fourth quarter, and beat the T-Wolves 112-107. First time since 2002, I believe that we've finished our pre-Christmas road trip with a winning record.

Also, Jerry Sloan passed Pat Riley for third place on the all-time wins list. Congrats, Coach Sloan! Now just to pass Wilkens and Nelson.
